Returns & Refund

Exchanges / refunds will be issued within 7-10 days from the date the return parcel was received. 
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

The postage costs for returning the parcel have to be paid by the customer.

In case you'd like to return your order:

1. Send us an email with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

2. Ship the items with a courier of your choice to this address:
